The Ascaso Dream PID is the most symbolic professional home-espresso machine in the Ascaso catalog, featuring a stunning retro aesthetic that will complement any kitchen and become the highlight of your home or office. The newest version of the Dream PID includes a range of professional upgrades, such as improved volumetric controls, a professional 58mm portafilter size, an adjustable over-pressure valve, an analog pressure gauge, an improved no-burn steam wand, and thermoblock insulation.

The Dream PID's new PID controller includes advanced features like temperature and offset control, pre-infusion, power-saving modes, and single or double shot programming. The PID temperature management program allows you to get just-right shots every time, with offset programming to calibrate temperature and account for drops in the system on the way to your glass.

The 58mm group and portafilter open up a range of aftermarket accessories, including replacement gaskets and dispersion screens from the popular E61 format. The Dream PID is packed with programming for power saving, pre-infusion, and shot length programming, and has swapped its analog temperature gauge to monitor pressure instead.

The adjustable OPV (over-pressure valve) allows you to set the maximum pressure the pump will push through the group head, opening up the Dream PID to backflushing. The enhanced volumetric controls, including digitally displayed PID temperature control adjustable in one-degree increments, as well as programmable settings for preinfusion, single shot, double shot, and auto-standby, make it easier to produce and repeat a consistently good quality espresso.

The Dream PID's body is manufactured in aluminum and treated with a high-quality varnish for a lasting finish and vibrant colors. The 58mm professional portafilter features a real walnut wood handle with an ergonomic and aesthetically pleasing design to complement any home kitchen.

The new aluminum and stainless steel thermoblock group provides continuous, unlimited steam with constant pressure, enhanced stability, and minimal energy consumption. Limescale will not build up in the stainless steel thermoblock circuits, leading to a longer-lasting machine.
